Fishing in Florida came via my driving my racecars at the State Fair at Tampa, and the many other racetracks around the state. I always took time out after racing to go fishing. I have fished the Everglades, The Lakes, The Rivers and The Salt Water around Florida for three decades. After finding an area that had everything to offer, great Salt Water and Fresh Water Fishing, I decided to settle in Beautiful Citrus County.
I opened Blue Sky Guide Service at the Hernando Fishing Lodge to accommodate the many anglers who wanted to fish this area. Visitors from all over the United States and Foreign Countries have enjoyed fishing with me.
I produce my own fishing show called "Fishing the Wright Way". "Fishing the Wright Way" has aired on the Sunshine Network in Florida as well as Satellite Nationwide, Warner Bros. Communications Network in Gainesville, Fl. and Citrus County Cable Networks.
I have had many articles written about my fishing experiences. I have done many seminars including some with Glenn Lau (producer of the original Bigmouth Video) and Homer Circle of Sports Afield.
I have been a guest on Bill Rock's "Outdoors U.S.A." Tv show several times, from Indianapolis, Indiana. I have also done many fishing shows with Tom Richards of the "Tom Richards Fishing Show" from Kingsport, Tenn., which airs on the Outdoor Network on Satellite.
